Mentoring Program

By request, WIIS staff link, junior professionals in the WIIS network with senior-level members for one-on-one advice on professional advancement.

On-Site Career Panels and Mentoring Circles

Beginning in October 2007, junior level WIIS members are invited to attend intimate, specialized career discussions with senior level women, who will share their substantive expertise and their insights about the challenges and opportunities for women in the field.
